After water purification from filter, purified water will enter the cathode chambers and anode chambers of electrolysis system.
At anodes, the ions (OH-) from water molecules release electron and change back to oxygen (O2), and hence, the rest ions (H+) from water molecules still remain in water to make the water become acidic. The acidic water is discharged via acidic outlet.
At cathodes, the ions (H+) from water molecules gain electron and change back to hydrogen (H2), and hence, the rest ions (OH-) from water molecules still remain in water to make the water become alkaline. The alkaline water is discharged via the flexible faucet.
