Technology of BionTech

Structure of Biontech

BionTech’s ionized water is produced by filtering system and electrolysis system. The water from inlet will first enter the filtering system to remove the heavy metal (e.g. lead), bacteria and VOC, etc. After the purification, the purified water will flow into the electrolysis chamber to be ionized. After that, either alkaline ionized water or acidic ionized water can be generated.

Ultra Fine Membrane Filter

0.1 micron UF membrane

Filter over 0.1 μm substances such as bacteria, pores, viruses, etc.

Silver-coated granular activated carbon

Sterilize, deactivate bacteria, absorb iodine and inherit all characteristics of activated carbon.

Calcium sulphite

Remove chlorine and heavy metal such as lead, mercury, etc.

Granular activated carbon

Remove chlorine, VOC, lead, pesticides, carcinogenic, heavy metals, etc.

Specical fiber pad

Filter over 5 micron substances such as dust, rust, soil, sand and moss.

Electrolysis System

Purified water becomes split in two to enter the anodes and cathodes. The cathode plates are placed at certain intervals inside the cathode chamber of the electrolyzer so as to ionize the water inside into the alkaline property. Likewise, the anode plates are installed inside the anode chamber to convert the water inside into the acidic property.

In other words, if power is transmitted through the electrodes of the anode and the cathode, the hydroxyl ion is converted in the anode chambers to generate oxygen gas. In the process, a hydroxyl ion is consumed under water and the anions such as chlorine, phosphorous, and sulfur other than the hydroxyl ion form acidity to turn the water inside to become acidic.

In the meantime, hydrogen ion is converted inside the cathode to generate hydrogen gas, therefore, the hydrogen ion under water is consumed and, in the case, cations such as sodium, magnesium and calcium other than the hydrogen ion form the hydrogen ion pair to turn the water inside the cathode chamber into the alkaline property.

The alkaline and acidic water ionized through the cathode chamber and the anode chamber pass through the cathode discharge line and the anode discharge line connected to each of these chambers to be discharged through the final outlet. This ionized water discharged through the outlet is what is used as water for drinking, skin care or sterilization. The alkaline ionized water as consumable water form a hexagonal shape (i.e., hexagonal water) through electrolysis for enhancing nutrient absorption, resulting in boosted health.
